Softcover Gakken / For many years, I have been familiar with fights, thinking about them, and pursuing how to win with certainty. I have lived my life aiming to become a master of fighting. Because of this, I transformed the uniquely Japanese martial arts known as "Kopō Bujutsu," inherited in our Horibe family, into "Kenka Geigi Kotsuhō," a battle simulated for street fighting.
Fighting and martial arts seem to be connected, but in essence, they are not.
Martial arts cannot be fully covered by the word 'sport,' but fights can arise even beyond the boundaries of martial arts. For me, fights were deeper and more intriguing than martial arts.
Now, the ultimate goal in a fight is to 'win.' How can I reliably win a fight・・・・・・ I have long and quietly struggled with this and repeatedly experimented with it. And now, having reached that conclusion, I can give a schematic to the fighting art technique I have practiced so far.
